SKWAK is another designer that I came accross in IDN (International Designers Network) magazine.
It's a crazy world we're living in and French graphic designer Jimmy Hollander knows it.
Working under the name Skwak, he dubs his vharacters "maniacs" because they are obsessive creatures living in a world just like ours.
They are tiny yet potent beings with an insatiable appetite for money, love, beauty and power...just like us.
Skwak is a french designer from Lille who has created a huge playgroung which is completely mad and polluted, a colorful and violent world. It's a world which looks like ours, but with no hierarchy. He is also the creator of the Koogai, polluted and polluting monsters, which have escaped from his illutrations. The universe of Skwak is present on many creative media : plushes, toys, illustrations for t-shirts, snowboards, Cd covers, DVD, magazines, even shoes...
